About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Travel rout eligable for 144 hour visa?

Starting the 24th of June in Stockholm- Copenhagen - Shanghai(staying för 4-nights) -Copenhagen - Stockholm.
I do not understand clearly if this i eligable as I do not stay, only transit in copenhagen.

That won't work because you are not in transit at Shanghai.
