IS there VIP or high end service available on this high speed rail? Do you have any pictures of the seating?

Business class seat is the best seat and service can be offered on the high speed rail. The seats are good, can be reclient and you can lie on it. There are usually 3 seats in each row, two on one side and one on the other side. You can find some photos on this website.
