About:Visa Policy of China

I am interested to purchase heavy equipment in china, how and what kind of visa should i apply?

Ronnie, you can apply for a tourist L type for that.
First, you need to provide a filled-out application form, 2 passport-style photos, your passport and its photocopy, travel itinerary, round trip air tickets and hotel reservation, as well as proof of your financial support. Next, submit the application to China embassy.
