About:China Transit Visa

Do I need a transit visa to china,my flight has 4 hrs layover at Pu Dong international airport?

I am a student flying from LA to New Delhi on an Indian passport. My flight China Eastern Airline has a 4-hour layover at Pu Dong International Airport. Do I need a transit G type through China?

Shuchir, you are eligible for the 24 hour direct transit in Shanghai. No transit G type will be needed for that.
