About:Urumqi

Hi there, I'm travelling to Hong Kong on 25 August, but will only be staying for 3 nights,

then returning to Australia.

My Australian passport expires in mid February 2018, which is slightly less than 6 months validity.

Do I need a Visa?
Thanks for your help!

Annie, you don’t need a visa because you can enjoy free entry to HK for a stay of not more than 90 days.

I think that only applies if the passport has 6 months validity left on it? It expires just short of the 6 months.

Dear, it is ok. Only when you apply for a visa, your passport should have at least 6-month remaining validity.
