About:China Visa

What documents do I need to send my son to China to live with his Dad

I am a Chinese citizen in Canada on a work visa. my son is Canadian citizen under 18 and his father is a Canadian citizen. His father is in China on a L-type and I want to send my son to join him for a couple of years. what papers do I need?

Your son can only apply for a tourist L type for China if your husband doesn’t have Chinese residence permit. He needs to provide passport and its photocopy, the application form, a passport-style photo, flight itinerary and accommodation arrangement.
