About:Chinese Embassy in Djibouti

I am somali national born in Mogadishu i have chinese student visa application form known as jw202.

and i have Somalian ordinary passport. I need to learn one year of chinese language after that i will continue my study in chinese universties so please can i get my entry visa from chinese embassy in Djibouti
