Renew Child'd Travel Document

Hi

Is it possible for a father living in Singapore to renew his child's China travel document at the China Embassy in Singapore. The child holds a USA passport and is living with the mother in China. Must the child be present in person to renew the travel document?

Hi, the travel document cannot be renewed. If your child needs to apply for a new one, he/she should be present in person for the application.
