About:Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station

Online tickets

Where should I go if i have bought online tickets? If my train leaves at 9 am, can I collect the tickets the same day I have my trip? Do I have enough time?

If you booked online in advance, you only need to go for the ticket counters in the station to print the paper ticket out. You can do it on the day of travel, but usually it woul dbe better if you can get there early in advance in case you need to wait in line. If possible, 90min would better.
