Does the airport have a shop sell mobile sim card?

I would like to know at Xian airport that it has a shop for selling mobile sim card as same as other airports in China such as Beijing, Kunming. And if it has a shop what time it opens or close. because I want use the internet while i'm living in China and I will arrive Xian so late in the evening, I'm afraid the shop is closed.
