How to go Baiyun Mountain by Subway? Is it a long walk from subway station?

Would you mind provide your starting point? Take Haizhu Plaza as an example, take metro line 2 to Baiyun Park Station, Exit A. Then transfer to bus no.664 to Baiyun International Convention Center. After arriving, walk southeast around 300 meters to find the entrance of the mountain area.
