Tickets for airport bus from Longhai Hotel

Hello,

If we want to catch the airport shuttle from Longhai Hotel, (but are not staying at that accommodation) where do we buy tickets? Can we just pay when we get on the bus?
Or do we have to purchase the tickets from Xi'An station or Longhai Hotel?
