About:Chinese Embassy in U.S.A.

I need to renew my Chinese passport which will expire in July. I need the PDF to download the forms.

Please send me the link to download the PDF so I can download the passport renewal form. How much is the cost to renew my passport? I know I have to travel there in person. I have a prepaid Priority Mail envelope to have it returned but I would like to have the option of requiring a signature upon its delivery by the U.S. Postal Service.
Please advise me....Thank You

Hi, you can find the download link on the website of China embassy.
Usually, it will cost you USD35.
You should submit the application in person.
