About:Year of the Pig

Shud I wait for it? Is there a chance for me to be hired there? Or shud I apply for other companies?

Hi! I applied for a permanent position in a government agency. Shud i ask help from a relative (who has connection)to backed me up in order to get the job.
It's been two years since I graduated and I still don't have permanent job . I keep on applying but seems like I'm so unlucky. There are time that I'm mostly near to being hired (like passed the exam and interview) but still not chosen. I'm becoming hopeless. Born June 23,1995 @ 7:48pm in Cebu City Philippines.
