About:Shangri-La Travel

What is the weather condition in Shangri-La like the last week of June & the first week of July

What kind of clothing will I bring ?
I plan my travel includes visits to Kunming, Dali, Lichiang and Shangri-la . If I go for hikes to the mountains, is there any problem with altitude in these places? Thanks.

Referring to the history data, it will be rainy during that time and the temperature will range from 45F to 70F. You may take some long sleeve shirts, pants and a thin coat with you.
As I know, some people may have altitude sickness when they travel to those places. You are advised to take some oxygen cylinders with you. Besides, you may drink water if necessary and don’t do the strenuous exercises.
