Work permit for Shanghai University Graduate (bachelor), without 2 years working experience

I have heard that if one graduates from University in Shanghai, he/she does not need 2 years experience after school. Does it work for bachelor as well? And also I am 23 y.o., can I still get working permit?
Thanks.

Dear, as far as I know, it is only applicable to those who have acquired a master’s degree of above degree.
Usually, if you start a business in Shanghai after graduation, the 2-year work experience may not be necessary.
