You can transfer if you want to but keep in mind that it will be most likely for you to transfer.Remember to think twice if you are making the decision to transfer its not a bad thing just keep that in mind.Your health isn't that good in 2017.It is most likely you are going to get wounded.Be careful when you are doing outside activities.good luck
