Is there any service desk at Shanghai Pudong Airport to process it or I need to ask the forms on the plane?

Sunny, you can apply for a free temporary stay permit at the immigration office inside Pudong airport if you want to leave the airport. Or you can just stay at the transit zone if you don’t plan to leave the airport.
