Easiest travel from Ibis Lianyang in Pudong to Hangzhou Xixi Dragon Boat Race: Xixi Wetland Park

Hi I would like to do a day trip from Ibis Lianyang in Pudong to Hangzhou Xixi Dragon Boat Race: Xixi Wetland Park on Tuesday May 30th with 2 colleagues.
Can anyone please tell me the easiest way to do this. One colleague has trouble walking too far.
