About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I booked a ticket from Montreal to Shanghai,

I plan to take the train from Shanghai to Guangzhou and then take a flight from Guangzhou to Hanoi, all of this would be less that 144 hours, would I need a visa for this too? Thanks!

Peter, yes, you need a visa for that because you will also visit Guangzhou, and then you won’t able to use the 144 hour free transit.
