About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Is it possible to qualify for a free 72 hour transit visa if I fly from Birmingham to Beijing with 3 hour stop in Dubai airport and then on to Beijing and then back to Dubai for 3 days and then back to uk in Birmingham.
