About:Chinese Embassy in Djibouti

Visa for nrwegian passport holder visa cated in Hargeida, Somaliland

I am norwegian citizen of somali origin. I am businessman located in Hargeysa. I would like to visit china. I have been visiting china for business trip for the past 11yrs and used to get china visa from China embassy in Addi Ababa. But this time, they failed issue me chinese visa and required Ethiopian residence. Can I instead come to Djibouti and get urgent China visa as I have to attend business meeting there. Have have all the required documents.
