Question

Hi, I am a Honduran citizen and want to know if I have to travel to costa rica to apply for a first time L visa or if I can do it through the mail service.I have been trying to call 3 telephone numbers to the embassy but no one answers.Do i need to do the certification and authorization paperwork aside from the request application formv2013?Do I have t pay the visa fee the same day of the application?Thanks in advance

Hi, you cannot use the mail service. You can go to the Costa Rica embassy in person to submit the application or find someone else or a travel agency to do that on your behalf.You don't need to make the certification and authorization paperwork for the application.Usually, you should pay the fee the day when you pick up the visa.
