Pick up tickets hongkong-guangzhou-hongkong

Hey there,

i need to go from Hong-Kong to Guangzhou East by train and the same route back a few days later.

Can i book both trips, HK-Guangzhou and Guangzhou-HK in advance and send them to my hotel in hongkong? Or should i only send the one to Guangzhou to the hotel, and collect the one for the way back at Guangzhou east station?
