About:China Postal Service

Hello, I want to know if I ship 30Kgs of personal stuff from Beijing to London via surface.

Where the package will be received (Post office in London or will be delivered to the destination door to door)? Would I need to pay any taxes or fees when I receive it in London?

Generally speaking, your parcel will be delivered to the destination door to door. But you are still advised to consult the local post office. As I know, you don't need to pay the taxes or extra fees.
