Do you mean the Taipei Railway Station? You can take bus no.1819 to Taipei Railway Station Dongsanmen Bus Stop. This bus works within 24 hours at the cost of CNY125/person. The whole trip will take around 55 minutes.0

Oh i mean the Taiwan Main Station located at Bannan & Tamsui-Xinyi Line . I would prefer taking the Train instead of bus0
