About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I fly from Seoul to Beijing at 9:40 am. Fly out 3 days later to Tokyo with a departure of 9:50 am.

This goes over by 10 minutes. Is this inclusive of the 72 hour rule given the use of the word strict?

If I was the check-in agent at Seoul, I wouldn't let you board. But why take the risk? There are so many daily flights from Beijing to Tokyo why don't you book a slightly earlier one? I presume you're on ANA956 at 09:50. Change to ANA954 at 08:25.
