Good place for work and carere

I m suresh lama from nepal.i born sheep year 1991 now i m living poland for job but this day i haven t get job seens 3 month.i had lots of money problam this year so I want to go France maybe Garmany for job this 3 contry which 1 is good for me. where i should go for job which country is good for my future . Please help me to choice .
