About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

Hi. I would like to ask about the Hong Kong visa travel for 4 days.

We are Vietnamese. We are staying Malaysia and i holding red IC in Malaysia. So do I need to apply hong kong visa in Kuala Lumpur?
