The taxi fare will be around CNY20. It will be a little complicated to take the metro because you still need to transfer the bus to get there. You can walk 200 meters eastwards along Yide Road to Haizhu Square Bus Stop and take the Sightseeing Bus Xiguanfengqing Line to the destination directly.
