About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

We are flying into Shanghai on Oct 15th staying in hotel

till Oct 17 departing on cruise ship to other country's and then docking in Hong Kong for 5 days. Do we need a visa

Horace, if the last country you come from before entering Shanghai is not HK, no visa will be needed then because you are eligible for the 144 hour free transit.
