About:China Visa

I live in the US but want to consult in China and be paid in CNY but send to the US? Any thoughts?

What tax implication. I currently have a valid Chinese visa for business. Do I also need a work Visa?

Jim, only when you want to work in China you need to apply for a work Z type. Otherwise, it is not necessary.
