About:China Work Visa

Chinese Work Visa for Indians in Saudi Arabia

Hi, I have a job offer for a Chinese Company HQ in Beijing. Currently, I am working in Huawei, Saudi Arabia.

I graduated from Beijing in Sep' 2016. What are the documents I need to prepare for my application and Can I apply for it in Saudi Arabia or I have to go back to India for the same?

You need to prepare passport and its photocopy, a completed application form, a recently-taken passport-style photo, your work permit in Saudi Arabia, and work permit notice.
You can try to apply for it in Saudi Arabia. If it can be done, you don’t need go back to India.

Based on the new policy, the work permit notice is needed when you apply for the work Z type, and your employer will get it for you. As for the detailed information, please contact with your employer.

Hi, I need to attest the Police clearance certificate (issued by Indian Embassy) by Chinese embassy in Saudi Arabia.
What is the process for the same
Will do the translation from English/Arabic on their own?

First step is to get the certificate notarized by the local notary public and the ministry of foreign affairs, and then go to the embassy of China to get the certificate attested. Usually, the embassy provides translation services. Of course, you can translate it in advance.
