About:Special Services of Hong Kong Airport Express

My friends and I are visiting Hong Kong from June 17-21. We are staying at Excelsior Hotel.

1. How to get to hotel from airport?
2. What transit card to buy? Where to buy from?
We are hoping to hop around different cities, and would like your advice on the most convenient and efficient way to use our days to see as many places, eat and shop.
Thanks

1. You can take bus E11 at the Airport Ground Transportation Center to Sugar Street, Yee Wo Street Bus Stop first with the duration of 80 minutes. The ticket fare is HK$21/person. Upon arrival, you may walk 150 meters westwards along Yee Wo Street and turn right to Paterson Street for about 400 meters. Then you can turn left to find your hotel.
2. You are advised to buy an Standard Octopus Card at the airport or most subway station.
If you don’t mind, you may tell me the exact spots you will visit to, and then I can suggest you some efficient ways to do it.
