About:China Visa on Arrival

Visa on arrival for a french passport

Hello,
I am now in hong kong and i have a flight from shenzhen airport in 2 days. I am french. Can i apply for a voa at luohu border? Or an exemption of visa for 24 or 72 hours?

You cannot get the Luohu VOA, and you cannot use the 24 or 72 hours free transit in Shenzhen. You should apply for a China visa before your departure.

There were reports back in May 2016 that French citizens had successfully received VOAs. Don't know if that's still the case now but you can check with CTS.
