I´m from UK living in Slovakia having a Slovak ID card. Can I apply for PRC visa in Budapest using 1 day service?

If you don’t have Hungary residence permit, I’m afraid it is difficult for you to apply from there. The same-day service is provided there. If possible, you are advised to apply from the embassy of China in Slovakia.
