Liquid and cosmetic items in handbags

I have a question regarding the liquid items and cosmetic items. Can you clarify the liquid in handbags and also the cosmetic items in the 100ml containers that we are allowed?

According to the regulation of Civil Aviation Administration of China, passengers taking domestic flights are not allowed to carry liquids in hand luggage. As for the cosmetic items, you may take small quantities of cosmetics in carry-on luggage and the limit of each item should be no more than 100 ml in volume. Besides, all cosmetics must be placed in a separate bag ready for inspection.

I would like to suggest you only take some necessary cosmetic items in carry-on luggage and put others in the checked luggage in order to avoid any inconvenience.
