Directions needed to Changshu Shi

Hi,
I need to get to the following address:
88 Kunchenghu W Rd, Changshu Shi, Suzhou Shi, Jiangsu Sheng, China

What is the best train station to get off at in Suzhou? Is it easy to find a taxi that will take me the additional distance or should I book a private car (and if a private car is needed, is there a way to book one in advance)?
