HK Visa Application Form (To be completed by Sponsor)

Hi,

I'm a Srilankan passport holder living in Sri Lanka.

I wish to travel to HK to participate in " Critical Communication World 2017" (16th May -18th May). And, applying "Business Visa" for afFore mentioned dates. I received an Invitation Letter from the event organization.

Please confirm whether "HK Visa Application Form (To be completed by Sponsor)" is required with my visa application.
