Hi, After getting the marriage cert., how could I stay there with the Travel L type? Or should I come back to Malaysia to apply for another Visa? If I would like to apply for a job after marriage, do I need to apply for the Working Z type?

If you want to stay for a long time in China after getting married a Chinese, you can convert the tourist L type to a spouse Q type at the exit and entry administration within China. If you get a job after marriage, you should apply for a work Z type.
