About:China Visa

Every passport photo store produces 2x2 size pictures for the VISA application.

Are we supposed to cut it down to the size now mandated by the Chinese consulate (48mm tall x 33mm wide)?

Beth, yes, you should make the photo meet the standard of Chinese consulate (48mm tall x 33mm wide).
