About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

would I be able to get the 72 hour visa? I would have a direct transit in Shanghai.

I am planning a trip to New Zealand and transiting through China is the cheapest variant. If I go Copenhagen - Beijing in one ticket and than Beijing - Shanghai - Auckland on a separate ticket,

No, you cannot use the 72 hour direct transit.

But you can have 24 hours direct transit.
