Can I take Schedule 8 PBS medications to China?

Hi
I'm travelling with my mum and daughter (12) as tourists and joining a tour group. The time frame is 2 weeks for mainland China and 1 week in Hong Kong.
My daughter needs Ritalin and Concerta for her ADHD and I need Tramadol and Panadeine (with codeine) for pain control associated with rheumatoid arthritis. I think these are all schedule 8 drugs.
Can I take these drugs with me and what documentation do I need?
Thank you

I think you need to provide the certificate from a hospital if you need to take medicine to China.
