Is it easy to get a taxi From West Lake to Lingyin Temple & then Lingyin to six harmonies pagoda?

Regarding to the above trips how much it will cost for taxi usage

Yes, you can hire an empty taxi by waving your hand when you see the taxi is coming. It will cost around CNY13 from West Lake to Lingyin Temple, and CNY25-30 from Lingyin Temple to six harmonies pagoda.
