I was wondering how far the Qingshui River is from Guiyang.

Will there be a dragon boat festival in Fenghuang? As this is my closest location

Do you refer to Qingshui River Scenic Area? If yes, the distance to Guiyang Railway Station is around 335 kilometers (208 miles).
In addition, you are right. You can see the boat racing in Fenghuang on May 5th in the Chinese Lunar Calendar.
