Most of 4-star and 5-star hotels in those big cities, like Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, etc have ATMs. If there is no one, you can easily find a local bank in downtown areas, or just nearby your hotel. In addition, you can also turn to your guide for help, she/he will find one for you.
