Is it possible for me to get a bus ticket to Jiuzhaigou on the day itself? Or does the bus ticket usually run out? If i want to book the bus ticket in advance, is there an english website that will allow me to do that?

Yes, you don't need to book the tickets online in advance in usual time. Just avoid going there on weekends and holidays. In this way, you can buy the bus tickets when you arriving at the bus station. In addition, the official website doesn't have English version. Maybe you can ask help for your hotel staff. Maybe they can book the tickets for you. :)
