About:

Transportation from Guangzhou Airport (Baiyun) to Hilton Sanqingshan

But found no good option for transportation. I prefer the high speed trains. Are there possibilities for an easy transport?

You may need to take the high speed train at South Railway Station and get off at Shangrao Railway Station with the duration of around 5.5 hours. The train departs at 09:12, 11:23, 13:02, 13:24 and 15:59. Upon arrival, you can take a direct bus at the station to your hotel.
