is bank statement needed for student visa?

In makati embassy did they ask for bank statement? Because cebu is asking for bank statement. And what if it was denied but no stamp or mark on passport that it was denied. Can i re apply again? Do they send reports to other embassy that my visa was denied? Please help. Thank u

Jen, I think the bank statement is also needed there. After rejection, you can re-apply again after waiting for 3 months. You should apply from the consulate general where your living area belongs to.
