I will like to go to Jiuzhaigou in may , is there high speed train from Chengdu to Jiuzhaigou?

No, there is no bullet train that operates to Jiuzhigou currently. You are advised to take direct coach from Chengdu Xinnanmen Bus Station. The bus schedules are 07:40, 08:00, 08:20 and 08:30. The duration is 10-11 hours.
